Work experience

After studying Dutch Law at Utrecht University, Wyke joined the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State. In 2006, Wyke became administrative law attorney at NautaDutilh within the government and real estate practice. Since June 2014 Wyke conducts her own administrative law law practice. She joined Rohe Advocaten as a partner on 1 January 2017.

Within the administrative law, Wyke specializes in spatial planning and environmental law, in particular the (re) development of urban areas.

She advises, negotiates, mediates and litigates regularly on zoning plans, environmental permits, monuments, wealth and land development and associated environmental aspects (noise, soil, nature, etc.). In addition to project developers, entrepreneurs, real estate agents and real estate investors, Wyke also assists governments and interest groups.

Wyke also regularly advises and litigates on general administrative law aspects such as enforcement, subsidy and public order issues. In addition, she is active in the field of civil service law. She is co-author of a civil service law handbook.
